The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the organization.

  • Identify potential business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

  • Prepare and present reports on business development progress and results to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
